Jordan Kuhn is the Owner/Project Manager of Kinetic. His passion for entrepreneurship and construction have made the perfect combination for this company. His attention to detail is nothing short of perfection. His dedication to our clients and projects is the backbone of what we do.
Jordan's role is to ensure projects adhere to their strict deadlines and specifications, as well as making sure our projects meet both the clients’ and Kinetic’s expectations of quality.
Qualifications:
Jordan began his career in construction at the University of Arkansas – Pulaski Technical College in 2010 where he obtained an Associate’s Degree in Construction Management Technology. In 2012 he transitioned into the industry working as a Project Coordinator for VanTassel Proctor Construction. Here he oversaw the coordination between Project Managers, Owners, and Site Superintendent’s from project start-up to close-out for AutoZone, O’Reilly, and Dollar General ground-up stores.

After 2 years with VanTassel, he moved back with his wife Lindsey to his hometown of Mansfield, TX to be closer to family. In 2014 he worked as a Project Manager for CGI where he oversaw the project estimates and project team for La Quinta, Double Tree, and Motel 6 renovations. After the threat of extensive travel, he decided to make a move to focus on the local DFW construction market. In 2015 he found his passion for interior finish-outs. After work slowed down and the company he worked for switched their focus to residential, Jordan decided to continue his passion in the commercial and industrial office and retail market. Today, Kinetic stands for a client focused commercial construction company.
Jordan was born and raised in Mansfield, TX, and graduated from Mansfield High School in 2000. Jordan moved to Arkansas in 2004 where he worked as an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor for 8 years. In 2008, he met his wife in Maumelle, AR and they married in May of 2010. They bought a home in Maumelle where Jordan worked full-time while attending school part-time in the evenings. Jordan and his wife Lindsey’s entrepreneurial personalities led them to their first business together in 2010, Emerge Hair Studio in Maumelle. After graduating with Honors and an Associate’s Degree in Construction Management and gaining a couple of years of experience in the industry, they decided to sell their home and business and make the move to Jordan’s hometown of Mansfield. Today, Lindsey not only assists Jordan in the back office and marketing of Kinetic, but is also a Marketing Director for a nationwide clothing company, and the business they created in the small community of Maumelle is still striving today.They carry on the small town lesson that business isn’t just about work, it is about the people in their community.
